我刚自己造房,基本同意john7788的话。我家背后现在正建一栋房,全包给一个印度建商,120元一平,braefoot路北边。我们看了framing的活,做得非常好,他的材料都从温哥华来。在温哥华100至120元/平建一栋房已经是公开的价格,这边太不透明,因为有人要赠钱。当然,档次有高低,但你档次能高到什么程度呢?

总之就是在加拿大这个地方,能自己学着然后自己动手就肯定是比雇人节省N多的钱。。。加拿大房子大多都是木的,建一栋房子还真没有什么难的,建新房超简单,顺着顺序来,一点都不复杂。  真正难的改造老房子或者加盖点什么,那才叫折腾,纯粹的耗人工的活
