Hi ! guys, Do you ofen watch ' Dancing with star ' TV show ? If you are good at Breaking , you can easily transfer your skills into latin dance, half part of ballroom dance. Ballroom dance is good for all ages and excellent combination with sport, music appreciation, and socials. I danced Breaking more than 18 years ago, and now I gradually find latin dance so enjoyable and exciting as well as easier to get partners and places. I practise latin dance twice a week and It is a fabulous exercise for body strength and flexiblity.
