I have 1 bedroom avaliable for rent in my home located in the Gorge Rd E and Jutland.The place is very new. The condo was just bulit in 2008.  There is a washer and dryer in the suite.The rent is $450 including utilities, andwireless internet.  This place is perfect for students who study at Camosun Interurban campus. The No.8  bus stop is  right infront of the condo. No. 21 bus stop is like 5 min walk. The No. 11 bus will not take youto Uvic.  I’m looking for quiet, repsectful and tidy  tenants. My condo has awesome layout. I have installed a wall to make my living room into another room. It looks very good. It's hard to describe to you. However, I recommend anybody just to come take look my place. You won't be disappointed. This place is just outstanding for it's price. I welcome everybody to come and see here.
