I want to practise my public speaking skill. Are there such a course available in Victoria?
I tried in a Toastmasters. Thoes members  are mostly professional speakers. I am just in a different level from them. If you know any relatively "unprofessional" Toastmasters, please recommend me as well.

The only way to improve your public speaking skill is to PRACTICE, and MORE PRACTICE. Toastmaster is one of the best mediums for that. Read the book, magazines that you got from toastmaster, study the basics, speak up. In Toastmaster you have opportunities to learn from others as well. There are many toastmaster clubs in Victoria, go try different ones, then join one you fit the most.
