钓石斑跑Port Renfrew成本太高了... 至于送鱼我这种不怎么吃鱼的, 只能送了, 我夏天最多下几次海, 湖钓更是去的更少, 所以我们这些真正recreational的, 危害很小....4 ^( R# n$ N" t1 k& M3 ]! L* E

- T& y# x6 i8 |# u9 L
9 Q' d2 b, i' I  }) e; n政府希望的就是这种买了yearly license但是很少钓鱼的人, freshwater的license fee是政府的放生计划的主要资金来源

总体说, 以上几点需要满足6 }& }$ t3 Z- @0 D1 o

船必须是 Transport Canada certified,同时开船的必须有Small Vessel Operator Proficiency Certificate
