2 rooms available now. The rent is $480 for bigger one and $450 for a normal size one. However, we will reduce rent $30 per month during summer period so the rent for summer will be $450 for bigger room and $420 for normal size room. Both rooms are furnished. It is closed to Uvic. There are buses to Uvic and downtown directly. Includes high speed internet, furniture, and in-suite laundry. Share kitchen, bathroom, and utilities.
