One fully furnished room for student with desk, bed, dresser and closet, cable TV and TV set, Shaw high speed internet. Share the kitchen and bathroom with other tenants. Separate entrance.
Very quiet Gordon Head area. Close to Uvic. Bus stop minutes walk away(#12,#27,#28).
The rent $450 includes utility, laundry, internet, cable TV, off-road parking.

Available from June 1st/2011
No smoking, no pet please.
