- Both rooms are good size rooms (approximately 100 square feet )
- Both rooms are on the first floor (not basement)
- Both rooms will consist a Bed

- Both rooms will consist a Lamp
- Independent entrance on the first floor
- Independent bathroom provided on the first floor
- Regular usage of Heat and Hydro will be provided
- Shared Washing machine and Dryer
BONUS:
- Occasional rides to school(UVic/Camosun Interurban) will be offered if our time table suits.
