这两天收到不少对这个position感兴趣的朋友的来电和email，是我预料之外的。针对朋友们提出的问题，我这里来一个总结，希望对有意申请这份工作的朋友有帮助。

1。这是Part-time job。

2。我并不是负责招聘的人员，我只能给大家提供建议和贴士，不能确保某人必能获得免试机会，甚至拍板儿说我就要谁了。所以成功掌握在你自己手里！

3。招聘广告已经被登载在这个网站：https://careers.bmogc.com/cws/seeker.html  查找Victoria, BC，Canada，就能看到这个CSR的招聘广告。

4。招聘程序：网上投递简历——〉我们Calgary HR部门的同事会筛选申请人，然后通知他们进行一个45分钟左右的电话面试——〉最后几位入围者会与branch manager面试，决定胜负。

5。无论结局如何，最重要的是你要迈出第一步！感觉很多朋友不知道是因为对自己的信心不足，还是有种希望天上掉馅儿饼的想法，对于要不要递简历有点犹豫不决的感觉。你这第一步不走出去，怎么能知道你到底能走多远呢？我们大学毕业那会儿，都是几百份简历往外寄的，年轻人要有点锲而不舍的精神才行啊！

6。对于招聘广告里的内容，我给大家highlight了关键词：

Job Description：

红色字的部分，是你必须在简历和interview里重点体现的“亮点”。不要担心Job Requirement里要求，那些东西等你进了银行，自然会给你training，不要担心。

7。简历是关键的第一步！给大家一些建议：
  〉不要超过两页纸
  〉不要用长句子，这不是写论文，不要每句话都主谓宾一个不拉。看简历的人从来不看长句子的简历。尽量用精辟简练的短语。
  〉一定要“量体裁衣”，切忌“万用简历”。敬告同学们不要偷懒，投一百份不同工作都用同样的一份简历。每一个职位都有它特有的要求，想提高你的成功率，一定要在简历中体现出来你拥有的技能和经验符合这个工作的需要，所以每一份简历都必须是“度身订造”的。
〉语言能力那一栏很重要，你会说普通话，广东话，上海话，客家话，把会说的那些都写上。
〉工作经验也很重要，特别是customer service方面的，需要在简历里重点提及。
〉建议Master，PHD那一级别的申请人不要把最高学历写进去，学历写到本科就好，这只是一个CSR，银行不会请PHD来做的。

8。如果你现在还是持学生或工作签证的话，说实话你能入选的机会很小很小，但是我还是会鼓励大家尝试一下，you'll never know，投简历又不要钱的，投了总是一个机会，对吧？

9。收到银行第一次来电的朋友，如果他们有提问你是否只考虑做Full-time的position，不妨考虑回答“我想做full time，但是如果你们有part-time的空缺想找人，我也愿意考虑”。这年头找工作不容易啊，但是“近水楼台先得月”，哪怕你现在只能做Part-time，说不定一两个月后，银行又想找full time的时候，你岂不是能内部优先申请吗？对吧。

我们分行又有一个part-time CSR要到另外一个城市的BMO上班了，所以马上我们分行又要找一个新人，不过这次就会是part-time。有兴趣的朋友可以试一下，即使是PT，能先进来银行再慢慢说啊，近水楼台总是好办事儿的，以后要想再转Full time，机会就会大很多。我的manager这两天就会在BMO网站上贴新的广告，大家留意啊。

有证书是好的，但是你之前的工作经验也很重要，有客户服务经验是非常重要的。我第一次贴的不是找full time CSR的信息吗？告诉大家，现在我们分行已经找到人选了，新人是位男生，老外，之前是做bartender的，风马牛不相及吧？不过他的确也有在Camosun College的Financing课程证书，而且做得了bartender，一定与客人交流互动的能力很强。

转眼就11月了，各位看到我又把这个帖子拱上来是不是有点摸不着头脑了？怎么又要招人了？

请大家留意了，最近一共有两个Full-time的CSR职位和一个Part-time的CSR职位在维多利亚进行招聘。Downtown Main office，Saanich and Oak分行（就是Walt-mart对面的那家），和Cook and Quadra（就是我现在所在的分行）都在招人。机会还是有的，关键是要不断尝试，注意写简历的技巧。加油了，各位！

CSR就是teller，就是在前台服务客户的工作，范围包括处理一般的存取转帐，付账单，熟悉处理各种银行账户服务和银行产品，应付客户投诉，具有团队精神，能完成sales和referral的target。
