9月起出租两室一厅 basement, 可以分租房间，大房$390，小房$350.

房子很新，很漂亮。
出租的套间包括：两间卧室，一卫，一厅和一厨房，有独立出口
提供家具. 桌，椅，床，衣柜都很齐全
近uvic，交通便利，公车27，28 可直达downtown
房租不包电费和网费（具体细节面议）

This is house basement suit. you can rent the whole suit for $350+$390+utilities or only rent separate room. We are looking for quiet, clean tenants. we prefer long term rent period.
